The Process
Our process starts with a sit down conversation with the homeowner, realtor, or property manager to discuss your needs and wants. Often a client provide inspirational photos, other times we just talk our way through and throw out suggestions.
Once we come to an agreement, a 3-D model will be created and submitted for review. often we will go back and forth and make several changes until the configuration is acceptable.
After the decision is made, drawings are completed and submitted for final approval. A deposit is made, and then the work begins.
Once the work is completed we will schedule a date and time for delivery an / or installation. Not until the owner inspects and approves the entire installation is the final payment accepted.
